Telescopic Trailer Supports

Although several models are available, including an aluminium version, the two models predominantly sold in South Africa are the A402 and the D200 telescopic trailer supports.

Both ranges offer practical product advantages: the integrated gearbox on the A402 has optimum protection, and requires minimum force to be applied on the crank handle in both directions. This telescopic trailer support does not have a neutral position on the gearbox.

At the same time, the D200 with an external gearbox is a "fit for purpose" unit with a weight saving advantage. The D200 trailer support does have a neutral position on the gearbox and requires that low gear must be selected at all times before the crank handle is shipped in its bracket.

Design / Features

The coupling of two sets of landing gear using a connection shaft ensures the even raising and lowering of the semi-trailer.

Drive Settings

High gear allows the support tube to be moved in and out quickly without a load.
